it means i have removed my deviations, and will only submit postage stamp sized deviations in the future.

I have raised a number of concerns with the proposed new submission agreement. They seem to be largely ignored, and ridiculed. I have been accused of being a tinfoil-hat wearing conspiracy theorist, which is simply not correct. I have removed all my deviations and am preparing to leave deviant art for good. I simply do not have the stamina to wait for an agreement that I am happy with.

On other fronts, it appears that I'm an arm-chair lawyer... apparently... Well no, but my wife IS a lawyer.

My time and effort will be better spent at another site, with a far more respect for its users.
